About the piece
A cushion-shaped natural garnet with a checkerboard-cut top, held in four claws on a polished sterling silver band. The checkerboard cut covers the top of the stone in small square facets, so its deep wine red flickers as the hand moves. Garnet is the January birthstone. Size 53; ask us about other sizes. Made by hand in Sri Lanka as part of Unapologetically Silver.
