Shipping and Returns

Everything you need to know about receiving your piece and what happens if something is not right.

Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3-5 business days of confirmation. Local delivery within Sri Lanka typically takes 1-3 business days. International shipping is available, contact us for rates and timelines.

Every piece is packaged with care, in our branded box, ready to gift or keep.

Payment

We currently accept bank transfer. Payment details will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email after you submit your order. A payment gateway for card payments is coming soon.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If something is not right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution.

Custom pieces cannot be returned but may be adjusted. We will always do our best to make it right.

Repairs and Resizing

We offer resizing, polishing, stone checks, and repairs on all Odyssey pieces. Contact us to arrange. Where possible, repairs are completed within 1-2 weeks.
