About the piece
A hand chain on a fine cable chain of 18K yellow gold. From a bracelet chain at the wrist, one line runs down the back of the hand to a soft loop of the same chain around the middle finger. Six round 3mm blue sapphires sit along it in polished bezels, from the wrist to the base of the finger. Blue sapphire is the September birthstone.
