About the piece
An amethyst pendant in a clean sterling silver prong setting. Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz and the birthstone for February. Prongs hold the stone from the sides and leave it open to the light, so the violet shows fully. Simple enough for every day. Made by hand in Sri Lanka as part of Unapologetically Silver. Amethyst can pale with long exposure to strong sunlight, so store it out of the sun.
